How is the winner selected?
All entries left in the comment section will be submitted to random.org, so yes, the winner WILL be randomly chosen. After the giveaway ends, all of the entered comments will go into one spreadsheet and random.org’s Sequence Generator will be used to create a random string of numbers that get copy-and-pasted next to the column of comments and e-mail addresses. A simple sort command shows us which lucky name came out on top!
Who is eligible to win?
There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the ‘Why Do You GoAbroad?’ giveaway, so anyone who is 18 years and older and resides in the continental United States is eligible to win the iPad. We apologize that our international fans aren’t eligible for the iPad giveaway, but we encourage you to participate and have your post featured on GoAbroad!
Are GoAbroad staff eligible to submit an entry?
While you may see responses from the GoAbroad staff, NO employee will be eligible to win the iPad. This giveaway is focused on rewarding GoAbroad’s users and readers and only non-affiliated GoAbroad users will be considered for the iPad giveaway. Sorry Troy! 
How many entries may you submit?
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be void.
Providing your email address
Please leave a valid email address when leaving your comment, so that GoAbroad may contact you if you win! Email addresses provided to GoAbroad will never otherwise be shared or published.

What are the specs of the Apple iPad?
The Apple iPad 2 in the ‘Why Do You GoAbroad?’ giveaway features 16 GB and wireless only capabilities [excludes 3G]. For more details regarding features of the Apple iPad 2, please visit the Apple Store.
Notifying the winner of the Apple iPad
The winner of the Apple iPad will have 72 hours from the time GoAbroad emails to confirm acceptance of his/her prize and to send GoAbroad the appropriate mailing information to GoAbroad’s Partnership & Outreach Manager. If GoAbroad does not receive this information from the winner within this timeframe, GoAbroad reserves the right to draw another winner from the pool of comments.
