Inside IES Abroad

Inside IES Abroad is the blog ran by the Institute for the International Education of Students, better known as IES Abroad, a not-for-profit academic consortium. The blog features an inside view of study abroad from hundreds of students. With video, written, photo, and "year later" posts, the blog is an in-depth and multi-dimensional way for students to learn about studying abroad. Posts are also available from 18 different countries with contributions from students with a variety of international experiences!

Why We Love It

Whether reading about a student giving a first-hand account of trekking into the Amazon or watching videos of students talking about their time abroad, there is a great diversity of content on the Inside IES Abroad blog. The students that write the blog posts are also just as diverse, which makes the blog a well-rounded resource for all types of people interested in study abroad and international education.
